Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

Due to the highly customized nature of our services, the following plans or any other Plans/Services that will be listed in future are non-refundable once service initiation has begun:

  • Discoverer Plan
  • Explorer Plan
  • Innovator Plan
  • Pioneer Plan
  • Trial Plan

Once services are initiated, significant resources are allocated, and as a result, these purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

While our general policy is non-refundable, we understand that exceptional cases may arise. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • 2.1. Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment is made for the same service by mistake, a refund for the duplicate payment will be processed.
  • 2.2. Service Not Delivered: If a service or product has not been delivered as per the agreed-upon timeline, and you wish to cancel before delivery, we may process a partial refund after deducting any costs already incurred for the work completed.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

  • 3.1. Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds for changes of mind after services have been initiated or delivered. Each service is highly customized to meet your individual needs and involves considerable resource allocation.

4. Service Adjustments or Revisions

We aim to deliver exceptional services and offer opportunities for service adjustments and revisions if the delivered services do not meet your expectations. However, refunds are not available for services already rendered. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments to ensure satisfaction within the scope of the agreed-upon service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested before service initiation may be considered, but cancellations after services have begun will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances that prevent Zsynapse from fulfilling services, such as legal regulations or natural disasters, we will assess the situation and provide alternative solutions. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed but may be considered.
